The Skyline Angel Fund
The Skyline Angel Fund was developed to aide members
of the SHS community who are in need of financial,
material or emotional assistance.
We
serve not only Skyline High School students and their
families, but also those in the area that surrounds
our school who may or may not have direct ties to
SHS. In so doing, we hope to create a sense of community
and belonging in all involved with SHS and foster
a feeling that all are supported here.
To receive assistance from the SAF, individuals either
request it themselves or they may be referred by SHS
staff, students or others in the community.
Primarily, the Skyline Angel Fund is financed by donations
from generous staff members, but we also receive financial
assistance from local businesses and others in the
community.
Should you care to make a contribution to SAF
and your donation will go directly to help those in
need as we have no overhead and no hidden agendas!
please make checks payable to Skyline
High School - SAF and return them to Sherri
Schumann, SHS Assistant Principal, in the main office.
If you need more information, have suggestions, or
know of someone who is in need of the kinds of services
provided by the SAF, please contact Heidi Howland,
Dottie Kielian, Josie Knudson, Judy Lundquist, Carrie
Mitchell, Sherri Schumann, Sandy Shinn, Julie Steele
or Cristi Zuege at 720-494-3741.
In a time when public high schools are viewed by many
as dangerous, hostile places, we really value your
help as we strive to make Skyline a better place for
all.
